Milk Substitutions:

Lactose Intolerance-A reaction of the body's metabolic system to a component of milk products resulting in an interference with digestion.  A student who purchases school meals regularly (2x per week or more) may substitute soy milk for the milk beverage offered with breakfast or lunch if the food service office receives a completed Medical Plan of Care for School Food Service (students with disabilities and non-disabling special needs) form from the parent/guardian.  Soy milk is the only available substitute.  Federal regulation prohibits us from providing juice or water substitutes.
