The Bellefonte Area School District is excited to provide parents with a convenient, free, easy and secure online service to help manage your child's school meal account.  From the School Cafe web page, you can:

• Make payments to your child's meal account

• Review daily spending and purchases

• Request automatic notification when your child's account balance is low

You will need your child's student ID number to create the account.  Please ask your child for the number, as many do know their student number.  If you do need us to provide the number for you, please feel free to contact us at 814-355-4814. 

If you have more than one child in the district, you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account.

In order to use school cafe website online prepayment service, a convenience fee of 5% will be assessed per deposit transaction.  Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the fee once per deposit transaction.  Example $20.00 deposit-convenience fee $1.00- $20.00 will be applied to student's meal account.  The Bellefonte Area School District does not profit from the use of this site.

It is not necessary to make online payments to take advantage of the features of the school cafe website.  There is no fee for requesting automatic email notifications or to view your child's account transactions.

Please allow 24 hrs for payments to be applied to your child's account

Checks and checks are also accepted at our school cafeterias and the district office.  All checks should be made payable to Bellefonte Area School District.  Please note a $20.00 NSF fee will be charged for all returned checks.
